If you have already filed a claim and need to update it (such as a change in your election of payment method or your contact information), you may you may email the Claims Administrator at ClaimUpdate@FordTransmissionSettlement.com. This is not a general inquiry mailbox. There will be no response to questions, including questions about the Settlement, how to file a claim, or an existing claim. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page of this website if you have questions about the settlement. This mailbox also cannot be used to submit a claim. If you like to submit a claim, please do so on the Submit a Claim page of this website.
Be sure to provide both the initial information submitted with your claim (the information you wish to change) as well as your updated information. You must also include your full name and Claim ID (which will start with the letters “FVS” and was either printed on your original notice postcard or provided when you filed your claim online).
